Current password

Your current password (masked). You can do nothing further in this field.

New Password

To change your password, type a new password in this field. For security reasons, you must create a strong password. XperienCentral enforces a strong password which adheres to one or a combination of the following characteristics:

  • Is a long password.

  • Contains spaces and words.

  • Contains special characters. A special character is anything that is not a letter or a number.

  • Does not resemble your username, first name, last name or email address.

  • Does not resemble your previous password.

  • Contains one or more numbers.

In addition to the enforced rules specified above, a strong password also adheres to the following:

  • Does not contain any string of letters that spell your company name, your job description, the name of a pet, your nickname, or any other word that could be associated with you personally.

  • No string of letters spells a word that can be found in the dictionary of your language.

  • If you use numbers, they do not represent anything associated with you such as your birth date, age, house address, and so forth.

When you type your new password into the field, the "Password Strength" field will indicate the strength of your password using different colors. The following colors are used to indicate the password's strength:

  • Red — The password is extremely weak (not accepted).

  • Yellow — The password is moderately weak (not accepted).

  • Blue — The password is good.

  • Green — The password is strong.
