Notes:

  • The revision functionality in XperienCentral is not enabled by default. In order to enable it, turn on the setting  create_content_revisions under the applicatinapplication_settings section of the General tab of the Setup Tool.

  • When the revision functionality is enabled, saving content items takes longer than normal.

  1. Navigate to the content item you want to revert to a previous version.
  2. Open the Properties widget.
  3. Click [Edit].
  4. Click the Revisions tab:



    The Revisions tab opens. It shows a list containing the last x number of revisions for the current content item. For example:
